SCU CLOSES LISMORE FOOTBALL CENTRE IMMEDIATELY

Southern Cross University has announced the closure of its Football Centre in Lismore.

The centre, which runs key programs like the Liverpool Academy, had been out of action since March due to the pandemic.

Four employees will be made redundant and all competitions have been cancelled.

SCU is facing a budget shortfall of up to $58-million over the next two years.
