COUNCIL SEEKS TO HELP HOMEOWNERS TACKLE NORTH ENTRANCE EROSION

Meanwhile homes at North Entrance affected by erosion from last month’s wild surf will get some help from Central Coast Council.
It will provide approvals for residents urgently seeking to stabilise the beach near their property.
However, owners will still need to pay for that work.
Council has been reinforcing the dune itself.
Locals say the crumbling shoreline is the worst it’s been in more than 20 years.
