A colourful display of indigenous art has gone on show at the Gold Coast City Gallery.
The Open Country exhibition brings together the traditional and contemporary.
It features works by 73 indigenous artists.
Gold Coast City Gallery’s Mark Warner says, “It’s fairly comprehensive, but by no means the entire collection that we have. We have over 800 pieces of Aboriginal art.”
Open Country is on display until the 2nd of February.
