The wife of an Australian soldier who recently returned home from Afghanistan is reviving a much-loved tradition.
With the help of her work colleagues, Amy Oakes has collected donations to create more than 30 care packages, to be sent to our diggers in the strife-torn country.
And no one has been forgotten, with treats also included for the soldiers’ four-legged friends.
