Police are on the hunt for a 44-year-old prisoner who has escaped a minimum-security facility in Glen Innes.
Selim Sensoy was reported missing from the prison, on the Gwydir Highway, at around midday.
He’s described as being of Middle Eastern appearance, 175 centimetres tall with a medium build and grey hair.
He was last seen wearing prison greens.
Anyone with information is urged to contact police.
