A young indigenous woman from Bowraville is the latest to be granted the prestigous Councillor Pat Dixon Scholarship, named in honour of Armidale’s former Deputy Mayor.
20-year-old Courtney Mc Ewen is currently working as a trainee with the Nambucca Shire Council.
