COUNCIL VOTES IN FAVOUR FOR A BERM SCRAPING AT LAKE CATHIE

Port Macquarie-Hastings Council has voted in favour of grading the ocean berm at Lake Cathie to help flood waters recede.

Lobby groups have been pushing for a full opening for months.
