Organisers of Grafton’s July Racing Carnival say it won’t be all about the horses and the jockeys.
When the public launch is held this Friday night at the Regional Gallery, professional models will strut the catwalk showcasing the fashions local retailers are selling for racegoers.
Kelle Murphy from Grafton SHoppingworld said,”Well we’re looking for pops of colour this year, so last year was the 100th Cup and we went for vintage, this year it’s all about colour.”
Admission to the Carnival launch is $20.
