A 22-year-old woman stands accused of manslaughter after a fatal crash in Inverell earlier this year.
Kyra Maynard was behind the wheel of a Holden Commodore on March 8, when it collided with another car before crashing into a pole.
Her 20-year-old pregnant passenger, and her unborn baby, died at the scene.
Maynard now faces a total of 17 charges.
She’s been refused bail, to return to Inverell Local Court on July 16.
