With the McDonald Jones Stadium testing clinic due to close this Sunday, Hunter New England Health is calling for one final blitz.
The service says anyone suffering mild respiratory symptoms should call and book in for a test.
The clinic has conducted around 5,000 swabs since opening last Friday.
