Customers of the Wingham branch of the Commonwealth Bank will have to travel to Taree for face-to-face services.
The CBA says there’s been a large drop in people coming through the doors, with demand shifting online during COVID-19.
500 staff members will be reallocated to call centres and online operations, to improve customer support.
The branch ATMs are still available.
