POLICE SEARCH FOR MAN ACCUSED OF SPITTING ON DELIVERY DRIVER

Police are still looking for a man who allegedly spat on an Australia Post delivery driver at Mullumbimby on Wednesday.

The victim was driving along his usual route at the same time an unlawful 5G protest was underway.

While he was unloading his van at the back of the Australia Post outlet, he was spat on by a man described as thin and Caucasian, between the ages of 20 and 40, with black hair and a large nose.

Police are reviewing CCTV footage.
