POLICE DISMANTLE CROSS-STATE DRUG SUPPLY NETWORK

A woman will appear in Port Macquarie Local court next month, after almost $500,000 was allegedly found in her car last night.

The vehicle driven by the 32-year-old was pulled over as part of a police operation which has busted open a cross-state drug supply network.

Properties in Tweed Heads and Orange were raided earlier this week, where police say they uncovered evidence of money-laundering.

In total, more than $900,00 has been seized by detectives.
