A man has been arrested after a police pursuit in the Hunter.
Police were patrolling the Telarah area this morning, when they spotted an allegedly stolen motorbike.
It’s alleged the driver of the motorbike sped off and a pursuit was started.
Police followed the bike through several suburbs before the chase was abandoned, due to safety concerns.
PolAir was called in to assist officers, before a man was arrested at Elermore Vale, just after 11.30am.
He was taken to Waratah Police Station.
