Those out for a walk at Coffs Harbour’s Jetty today were disappointed to discover access to Muttonbird Island is closed.
Walkers and bike riders were forced to turn back as gates were locked at the break wall.
National Parks closed the park on Friday afternoon.
Signage cited COVID-19 as the reason.
