There wasn’t the usual fanfare at the Clarence Valley Jockey Club today due to crowd restrictions but that didn’t stop Ballina’s Ethan Ensby from entering six runners.
Aiming for a second straight win at Grafton, Ensby’s ‘Lady Grande’ went in as firm favourite for race one but it all came down to a photo finish.
Matthew Dunn’s Murwillumbah-based runner ‘Bullet Shot’ nosed out Grande in the $22,000 race.
