POLICE RAMP UP PATROLS AT ESSENTIAL SERVICE VENUES

Oxley police are ramping up police patrols at essential services such as shopping centres, petrol stations and Centrelink offices.
It comes after an increase in crime in the region.
Police say they’ll enforce social distancing measures and are asking people to remain calm and civil.
Officers are also carrying out mobile random breath testing.
