TEENAGER DIES, THREE INJURED IN CENTRAL COAST CRASH
A teenager has died, and three people are seriously injured after a car crashed on the Central Coast this morning.
Emergency services were called to Washington Avenue, Niagara Park at about 4:30am.
Paramedics treated four males for serious injuries, but despite their best efforts, one 17-year-old couldn’t be saved.
Two men were transported to hospital in a serious condition, one to Gosford Hospital and the other to John Hunter Hospital.
The third man was airlifted Royal North Shore Hospital in a critical condition.
Police established a crime scene and the Crash Investigation Unit have commenced inquiries.
The public are urged to avoid the area with road closures in place on Washington Avenue and surrounding areas.
