Clear skies are sitting over the majority of the nation, while cloud rolls across the southern half of WA.
Hot weather will continue to build inland, west of the Divide, and will stick around until Monday.
A system is set to pass across the south-east, generating strong north-westerly winds until a southerly change moves though overnight.
The change will cool the coast for the weekend with showers on the way next week.
