A man has been charged over a violent outburst at a Lismore supermarket earlier this week.
The 63-year-old allegedly pushed his trolley into two other shoppers, punched a female staff member in the face and chest, and assaulted the store manager, at Coles Lismore Square on Tuesday.
The matter was briefly mentioned in Lismore Local Court today. The magistrate ordered the accused undergo a mental health assessment.
