EXAMS PUSHED BACK FOR UNIVERSITY STUDENTS

University of Newcastle students have had their exams pushed back to July 6, instead of the start of June.

The uni says the decision was made to benefit anyone who is unable to attend classes because of poor health or isolation.

Graduation ceremonies at the Callaghan and Ourimbah campuses in April and July have been postponed.

The 80 per cent attendance requirement is also being relaxed.
