MOSQUITOES CARRYING ROSS RIVER VIRUS DETECTED ON THE MID NORTH COAST

A health warning has been issued after mosquitoes carrying the Ross River virus were detected in trappings across our region.

Six people have already contracted the virus on the mid north coast this year, but authorities fear that number could rise.
