Iconic Tamworth pub, The Albert Hotel, closed its doors for the last time, last night.
The much-loved live music venue has been sold to new owners, whose plans for the building remain unknown.
Staff won’t be out of a job though, they’ve being transferred to nearby taverns ‘the Pig and Tinder Box’ and the ‘court House Hotel’.
