Tamworth Regional Council will discuss whether to build a multi-storey carpark in the C-B-D at tonight’s meeting.
Council owns almost 4000 parking spaces, but another 40 are needed to keep up with the city’s growing population.
It’s on track to reach 100,000 residents by 2041.
