A man will face court, charged with dangerous driving, after Tuesday’s horrific two car prang on the New England Highway near Armidale.
His 35-year-old passenger suffered two broken legs, a fractured wrist and internal bleeding, before being airlifted to John Hunter Hospital.
The 40-year-old will front court in April.
