THIRD PERSON CHARGED WITH DETAINING ANTHONY STOTT

A third person has been charged with detaining Brisbane school teacher Anthony Stott in the hours before he was killed by a truck on the Pacific Highway near Cudgera Creek earlier this month.
A 49-year-old man fronted Tweed Heads Local Court today and was granted bail, with the case adjourned until April 6.
Two others – a 38-year-old woman and a 46-year-old man – who are facing similar charges, were denied bail earlier this week.
