They hail from various backgrounds, from radio to nursing and even soccer, but this year’s Stars of Newcastle have one goal – helping the Cancer Council.
“I see face to face the support the Cancer Council provides for people when they’re recovering and even during cancer treatment as well. So I think it’s such an amazing organisation.” – Aoife McGarvey, Contestant/Lymphedema Therapist.
The contestants are hoping to match 2019’s fundraising effort of more than $120,000.
While on the dancefloor, they’ll have to impress our own Gavin Morris, who’s one of the judges.
