IMPERIAL HOTEL OWNER FORCED TO LEAVE TAMWORTH

A local hotel owner has been forced to leave Tamworth, after the court heard allegations he’d been attempting to influence witnesses.
Mike Foxman is banned from stepping foot in the city after being arrested by licensing police on Wednesday morning.
The Imperial Hotel owner was already facing prior licensing charges before allegedly attempting to influence a witness last September.
Police claim a second witness was then approached by Mr Foxman in early January.
He’s been ordered to remain with family in Bondi and not engage with social media.
The case will return to court in March, when his other charges are listed for hearing.
