Newcastle City Council has knocked back all four expressions of interest submissions for a redevelopment of the Newcastle and Merewether ocean baths pavillions.
Council was accused of wanting to turn them into a cash cow and was criticised over inadequate consultation… it’s now doing more to seek feedback.
