ALLEGED DRUNK DRIVER FOUND WITH CHILD IN THE CAR

A woman will front court today after she was found allegedly driving six times over the legal limit with a young child in the car.
Police were called to a Kingscliff Street in Kingscliff just after 8.30pm last night after a reports a Mazda sedan had crashed into a parked car.
The driver, a 41-year-old woman, was found with minor cuts.
A 3-year-old girl was in the back seat and was not injured.
Police conducted a roadside breathtest, which allegedly returned a result of 0.324, six times over the legal limit.
Blood alcohol levels above 0.3 can result in a coma or possible death.
The woman was charged with high range drink driving and will appear in Tweed Heads Local Court today.
Her licence has been suspended.
The incident follows a horror roadside tragedy in North West Sydney, where four children were killed by an alleged drunk driver while going out for ice cream.
