Newcastle City Council is missing out on thousands of dollars, as the Multi Purpose Centre at Fort Scratchley sits empty, 9 months after the building was completed.
The Lord Mayor today admitted he’s frustrated with the delay, with lighting, landscaping and the lack of a caterer holding up the opening date.
