It’s been an intense week of pre-season training for the Newcastle Knights in Tamworth.

Their gruelling week-long camp started Monday, with the squad intentionally kept uninformed of their daily training schedule.

The intensity of the heat in the North West and backing up day after day – getting the better of some players.
