A 25-year-old man will face court today, after he allegedly fired an air rifle at Bolton Point
At around 4.30 on Friday afternoon, police were made aware of the rifle being fired at Quigley Street, toward birds in a nearby reserve.
On Sunday, officers approached the man at the home, and allegedly found a loaded air rifle inside.
The weapon was seized and the man was arrested.
He was taken to Toronto Police Station, where he was charged.
He’ll appear at Toronto Local Court today.
