A man has suffered spinal and head injuries after falling six metres into a water tank on the Gold Coast.
Paramedics were called to the Biggera Waters building site this morning, after a man fell through a hole into the concrete tank.
He was transferred to Gold Coast Hospital and is in a stable condition.
Workplace Health and Safety authorities will investigate the incident.
