SEATBELTS ARE AN AFTERTHOUGHT IN THE NORTHERN RIVERS

Since 2013, more than 2,000 have have caught not wearing a seatbelt in the Northern Rivers.

Statistics released on the weekend show both Tweed/Byron and Richmond are among the ten worst areas in the state.
