Charlestown amateur Jye Pickin, has made a great start to the New South Wales Open.
The 19-year-old was out in the second group this morning, in what he described as perfect conditions.
But he surprised even himself with six birdies.
“To be honest just holed puts it’s crazy. I hit on the green thinking part is good but it just went in and I had about four of them today just chipping in for birdie which is really good.”
