DROUGHT STRICKEN COMMUNITY IN WESTERN NSW DONATE TO BUSH FIRE AFFECTED TOWNS

Farmers battling the drought in the central west have thrown their support behind those affected by bushfires on the Mid North Coast.

A crew from the rural town of Gulargambone drove nine hours to Willawarrin, west of Kempsey, to unload a ute full of donations.

The bushfire which destroyed several homes across the village continues to burn, but it’s listed as ‘being controlled.’
