A 46-year-old man has handed himself into police in relation to an alleged hold-up at Rydges in Port Macquarie almost 12 years ago.
The man allegedly armed with a blood-filled syringe entered the hotel on December 22, 2006 and threatened two staff members before fleeing with cash.
Last Thursday, the Western Sydney man presented himself to police at Penrith Police Station in relation to the incident.
