A man has died after crashing his ute into a tree west of Nimbin.
Emergency services were called to Stoney Chute Road at around 4.50pm yesterday afternoon.
A 38-year-old driver was pronounced dead at the scene, and is yet to be formally identified.
Police are investigating the circumstances surrounding the crash.
