BORA RIDGE BLAZE UPGRADED TO WATCH AND ACT

Residents have spent another day on edge in the state’s north, with the Myall Creek Road Bora Ridge fire upgraded to Watch and Act.

The RFS has released new footage, showing flames crowning within deep forest on the south eastern edge of the blaze.

Residents in several communities have been advised to monitor conditions, and know what to do when the fire approaches.
