A Tuncurry woman charged with animal cruelty offences is back behind bars tonight after allegedly breaching her bail.
73-year-old Brenda Marney was allegedly found with images of mutilated animals on her mobile phone in May this year.
She was arrested again, after being accused of approaching birds at Pebbly Beach.
Marney has been refused bail.
