HUNDREDS ON HAND FOR ANNUAL LIGHTHOUSE RUN

Byron Bay’s Lighthouse was a little busier than usual as hundreds took to the pavement for the annual Lighthouse Run.

The event raises money for mental health organisation, Headspace, along with the Mullumbimby District Neighbourhood Centre.

“It’s the most scene and beautiful run in the world, most runs just go up and down a pavement, so i just decided to register a charity and start it and that’s what I did,” said organiser Lisa Parkes.
