FOUR DECADES OF POLICING COMES TO AN END
40-years of police service was celebrated today, as Coffs Harbour police farewelled
Superintendent Mark Holahan who joined the force in 1979.
Supt Holahan was joined by his family for the occasion where he was presented with a 40 year clasp.
His career included a number of years at the helm as Commander of the Coffs-Clarence police district.
Fellow officers staged a march out ceremony for their former boss at the station this afternoon.
