RFS crews are working to contain an out-of-control grass fire burning south of Maitland.
The fire at Gillieston Heights is burning close to homes near Ryans Road, however currently poses no threat to properties.
Advice: Ryans Road, Gillieston Heights (Maitland LGA).

It remains at an advice level warning and has scorched around 10 hectares of land.
