COMMUNITY TO KICK MORE GOALS THANKS TO CLUB GRANTS

Dozens of organisations in the Ballina Shire have been giving a funding boost, as part of the local RSL club’s grant program.

More than $350,000 was spread between them, to help them continue their vital work within the community.

“You have the Westpac Rescue Helicopter Service which is a substantial community service which they need significant funds and you had organisations of a lower scale but their funds are just as important.”

Ballina RSL Club has donated more than $4-million to community groups over the last decade.
