A 24-year-old man will face court in September after he was allegedly caught speeding and drink driving on the Pacific Highway north of Kempsey yesterday.
About 4.45pm, officers allegedly detected the p-plater travelling at 151km hour at Collombatti.
Once stopped, he was arrested and returned a breath analysis reading of 0-point-151.
His licence was immediately suspended.
