A 27-year-old Queensland driver was lucky to escape with his life when the sedan he was driving ran off the Pacific Highway near Port Macquarie this morning.
The vehicle came to rest on its roof, wrapped around a tree.
The driver was taken to Port Macquarie Base Hospital in a stable condition.
