A Gold Coast driver remains in custody, accused of leading police on a dangerous joyride across two states.
29-year-old Leigh Bressow was arrested Saturday night after diving into the Nerang River.
It’s alleged he led police on a three hour chase, during which officers were forced to use road spikes.
He’s been charged with six offences including dangerous driving.
