There’s been a lucky escape for two drivers along a notorious Port Macquarie stretch, when their vehicles collided on Bago Road on Wednesday afternoon.
The head-on crash between a van and Volkswagon happened just after three o’clock near Wauchope.
Traffic was carefully guided through the area by police for several hours, while a tow-truck worked to remove the wreckage.
It’s understood all of those in the crash escaped without any injuries.
