INCREASED PARKING PATROLS COULD HIT TAMWORTH CBD

Parking inspectors could soon be more prevalent in Tamworth, if Council votes to patrol two popular CBD carparks.

If the motion is passed, the train station and the carpark on Kable Avenue near Officeworks will be monitored by inspectors.

It’s hoped it’ll stop drivers from parking in the two-hour spots all day.

The matter will be decided at the Council meeting on Tuesday night.
